In 2020, I adopted two practices that changed my outlook on productivity and happiness.
Firstly, I began journaling. Through the process of writing regularly on what I am feeling, I made sense of stress.
Secondly, I adopted the Second Brain methodology.
The methodology is a three-step process: saving links, summarising ideas, and revisiting notes.
Both practices allowed me to delegate and outsource complex thinking.
