Whatever tool you decide to go for, remember to not fall prey to the shiny toy syndrome. Try to stick to an app long enough to really understand its benefits and drawbacks, and identify what workflows and features really matter to you.
I think there are two types of writers, the architects and the gardeners. The architects plan everything ahead of time, like an architect building a house. The gardeners dig a hole, drop in a seed and water it. Roam tends to work best for gardeners, while Notion tends to work best for architects.
