The same ethos, 'I've got a car anyway,' perpetuates here too, along with the other common excuse, 'It's going toSee more cost a lot, & it'll be a while before it's completed & we begin to see benefit from it.' There's a lot of short-sightedness apparent in the governance of my country, & probably many others - if something can't be achieved within a political leader's term, it's given less consideration.
